Tee Time @ Crandall Public Library, on Saturday, March 20

Crandall Public Library is thrilled to host its first ever mini golf event, Tee Time @ Crandall Public Library, on Saturday, March 20. $5 per person to play, tee off any time during the day and stay for as long as you wish! Join us for this affordable, fun event for the whole family.

The Library will be transformed into an 18 hole mini golf course wrapping through the stacks, from the second floor, along the first floor, and down to the basement level. Community groups and businesses will be decorating the holes with a "books & literature" theme, which should result in some interesting, and perhaps challenging, golf. Only one other library in New York State has offered a similar event, and that was on Long Island!

In addition to a unique round of mini golf, Tee Time offers a "19th Hole" with food and beverages, face painting, golf pro lessons (or challenges),
special guests including Phantoms mascot Phlex, Great Escape and other fun activities. The day kicks off at 9am with a friendly competition between local leaders Dan Stec, Queensbury Town Supervisor; Jack Diamond, Glens Falls Mayor; Keith Donohue, South Glens Falls Mayor; and Christine McDonald, Crandall PublicLibrary Director. Come cheer on your favorite!

If you would like to support this event, you can join The Masters honorary committee for a $50 tax-deductible donation. Those who join The Masters will receive special recognition on the event program/scorecard and event signage. To join, just send your check, made out to Crandall Public Library, to the address below (please write "The Masters" on the note line), or you can call 792-6508, ext. 284 to charge your contribution or get more information. Whether you join The Masters, come to Tee Time, or both, we greatly appreciate your support!

Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit Library programs and services. Tickets for Tee Time are not sold in advance.
