Please Support the SAIL Center's 5th Annual Set Sail for SAIL Benefit

On September 11, 2010, the Southern Adirondack Independent Living Center, SAIL, will host its fifth annual benefit to support its mission to promote the independence, equality and dignity of people with disabilities. Through advocacy, equipment loans, life skills training and support, SAIL has helped over 4,000 community citizens by providing nearly 7,000 individualized services. This year's theme will be a Country Hoedown, featuring live music by Northern Notes. A number of organizations will be honored as well for their dedication and innovation in support of people with disabilities. The evening will begin aboard the Lac du Saint Sacrament on scenic Lake George. Boarding will be from 5pm-6pm; hors d’oeuvres from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. It will be followed by a sunset barbeque picnic dinner and dancing as well as a Silent Auction. Tickets are $70.00 for non-members, $60.00 for members, and $35.00 for members of SAIL with disabilities. Groups of 8 people or more may purchase tickets at the rate of $50 per person. Please call Anna Livingston at 518-792-3537 by September 11, 2010 to purchase tickets or for more information regarding the event. **
All Silent Auction donations valued at $100 or more will receive a complimentary 1/4 page ad in the event's program. All donations of $250 or more will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the benefit in addition to the ad.*
Come out and enjoy a fun evening, in a casual setting, dressed up in your western outfit, and celebrate with SAIL on a journey into an accessible tomorrow!
