BST Makes $5,000 Contribution to The Foundation of St. Catherine’s Center for Children

ALBANY, N.Y. – December 20, 2010 – BST, an Albany-based financial and management consulting firm, is pleased to announce it has made a $5,000 contribution to The Foundation of St. Catherine’s Center for Children in Albany. The contribution was made through the BST Foundation. BST is a multi-disciplinary financial and management consulting firm headquartered in Albany and anchored by the accounting firm Bollam, Sheedy, Torani & Co. LLP, CPAs.

The Foundation of St. Catherine’s Center for Children is committed to raising funds to support programs for children who are abused, neglected, homeless and/or mentally ill as a result of their early childhood traumas.

BST has found special meaning in helping organizations involved with children, and has decades of experience serving the not-for-profit community. Initially, the Foundation’s primary function will be to facilitate BST’s larger contributions to charitable and not-for-profit organizations, and other donations to the business community. In the future, the Firm hopes to expand the use of funds through the Foundation to include funding for educational purposes, and possibly a BST Scholarship.
