HRCCU Promotes Harrold and Petteys

PETTEYS PROMOTED TO FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICER
AT HUDSON RIVER COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

January 19, 2011 (Corinth, NY): Missy Petteys has been promoted to Financial Services Officer (FSO) at Hudson River Community Credit Union’s (HRCCU) Call Center. In her new position as Financial Services Officer (FSO), Missy assists members and potential members with phone inquiries, account transactions and the consumer loan process. Petteys has been employed at Hudson River Community Credit Union for the past 15 years and prior to her promotion held various positions including Head Teller and Senior Financial Services Representative.

Missy is a graduate of Corinth Central High School. She is a Notary Public and has received advanced certification training in the administration of IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts).

HARROLD PROMOTED TO LEAD TELLER
AT HUDSON RIVER COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

January 27, 2011 (Cohoes, NY): Mary Harrold has been promoted to Lead Teller at Hudson River Community Credit Union’s (HRCCU) Cohoes Branch. In her new position as Lead Teller, Mary assists credit union members with their fi nancial transactions and product information requests and provides support to the Teller Supervisor in the management of the credit union’s frontline operations. Prior to her promotion, Mary held the position of Member Service Representative.

Before moving to Troy, NY with her family in 2008, Mary was employed as the Office Manager at Audiology Consultants of Cortland, NY and as a Department Secretary at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
