The Hyde Collection will host a special excursion to south Florida this winter during the area’s renowned fine arts season.
From February 4 - 6, 2011, The Hyde’s Executive Director David F. Setford will serve as tour guide for the trip, which offers travelers accommodations at a landmark hotel in the heart of Palm Beach, tickets to the opening night party of the 15th Annual American International Fine Art Fair, guided tours of the Norton Museum of Art and the Henry M. Flagler Museum, and a VIP packet for, and private tour of, the American International Fine Art Fair.
Setford, who previously served as chief curator at the Norton Museum of Art and director of international fine art fairs in Palm Beach, will provide travelers with an insider’s view of the Palm Beach fine arts scene.
Trip costs are $870 per person (double occupancy) for Hyde and AAA Members; $895 per person (double occupancy) for all others. Price includes two nights’ accommodations, two breakfasts, one group lunch, one group dinner, admissions and tours, transfers, and other fees. Transportation to Palm Beach is not included. Single traveler supplement is $400. For travelers not requiring accommodations, the rate minus hotel and breakfasts is $524 per person. A $100 per person deposit is required to secure reservations and balance of payment is due by December 27, 2010.
