(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY)—Golden Corral Buffet & Grill proudly announces the opening of its newest restaurant, located at 75 Quaker Road in Queensbury, NY, on Thursday, December 30th, at 11:00 a.m.

The Queensbury, NY Golden Corral building will boast over 10,000 square feet & will seat over 350 guests. It will supply more than 100 new jobs to the area, which will include a mixture of full-time and part-time employees—including management, wait staff, line servers, and kitchen staff.

Along with traditional buffet favorites such as pot roast, chicken breast, macaroni & cheese and steamed vegetables… the new Warren County Golden Corral will also showcase “exhibition food preparation.” This will not only be unlike any buffet seen in NY before, but unlike any ‘Golden Corral’ ever seen in the state… showcasing the new premium brand Golden Corral “Pavilion Style” buffet. The staple of ‘grilled-to-order’ Sirloin steak will continue its place on the dinner buffet in addition to the new Asian-inspired dishes that will be served at ‘The Wok’ buffet station, fresh seafood & crispy golden shrimp in the ‘Lighthouse’ buffet, authentic Mexican selections in the ‘Hacienda’ bar, and home-style Italian meals in the ‘Piazza’ buffet. In addition to the hot buffet items, the restaurant will feature a fresh-market ‘Greenhouse Select’ salad bar, where guests may build their own custom salads from dozens of ingredients. Rounding out the buffet offering, a variety of dessert dishes, cakes, pies and homemade breads… all baked fresh, in-house daily, and served at the Brass Bell Bakery.

Besides its lunch and dinner buffets (which will feature more than 140 hot and cold food items), the Queensbury, NY Golden Corral will also serve a Sunrise Breakfast Buffet on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The Sunrise Breakfast Buffet will feature morning favorites including Belgian Waffles, buttermilk pancakes, hashbrowns, fresh baked cinnamon buns, sausage, bacon and farm-fresh, made-to-order omelets!
