WILLIAMS PROMOTED TO SENIOR FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICER AT HUDSON RIVER COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION

January 4, 2011 (Hudson Falls, NY): Erika Williams has been promoted to Senior Financial Services Officer (FSO) at Hudson River Community Credit Union’s (HRCCU) Hudson Falls Branch. In her new position as Senior FSO, Erika opens new consumer and business accounts, grants loans to members and member businesses and manages the platform staff in their day to day operations.

Since joining the staff of HRCCU in 2006, Williams has held the positions of Assistant Branch Manager and Financial Services Officer. During her tenure at the credit union, Erika has received advanced certification training in the administration of IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) and Business Loans. Most recently, Erika was chosen out of 72 staff members employed by the credit union, to receive the 2010 HRCCU President’s Award for Excellence. Prior to joining the staff of HRCCU, Erika held the positions of Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager at Bank of America.
