ARCC Board Tours Lehigh Northeast Cement Company

The ARCC's Board of Directors held its June 2010 meeting in the Board room of the Lehigh Northeast Cement Company, on Warren Street, in Glens Falls. Following the meeting, the Board took a tour of this facility which has land and operations on one property that is within Glens Falls, Queensbury and South Glens Falls as well as within two counties - - Warren and Saratoga Counties. The company is one of the oldest employers in the City and has enough natural resource capacity to operate for decades more in this location. Right now among their many projects, they are providing material that is being used to construct a new runway at JFK Airport, in New York City.
