The ARCC's Board of Directors held one of it's recent Board meetings at the Stewart's Shops ice cream plant and distribution center, in Greenfield. After the regular Board meeting, these business leaders had the unique opportunity to tour this modern facility and to get a glimpse into this extraordinary employee and family-owned business first launched in 1945. Today, there are 328 Stewart's Shops in New York and Vermont. The newest which opened officially on Saturday, May 22nd, is on Route 9, in Queensbury. As part of the tour, the Board members in this picture we're required to wear hair nets before entering one section of this plant.
